Built at Sarah’s bedside

A voice when the body goes quiet.

YES Board turns a single yes signal into full sentences. A partner scans row by row, then letter by letter; the patient says yes with their eyes, a blink, a twitch, or a switch. Every message is spoken, shown, and saved.

YES stands for Your Every Signal. Eyes up, a blink, an eyebrow, a finger twitch, a switch: any reliable yes works.

No account. No download. Works offline after the first load, on the laptop or tablet already in the room.

Speed

Letters in frequency order, predicted words after two letters, and the patient's own words float to the top. One-touch phrases for the urgent 20%.

Capture

Every sentence, phrase, and pain entry is logged with the time, who was operating, and how long it took. Nobody has to write the letters down.

Insight

Over hours and days the log becomes a picture: pain trend, repeated requests, open questions. A handoff sheet the nurse can read in thirty seconds.

How Partner Scan works

  1. Step 1

Put the board on a screen the patient can see: the laptop, or the room TV over HDMI.

  2. Step 2

Highlight one row at a time and ask “Is it in this row?”

  3. Step 3

The patient gives their yes signal. Any reliable signal works.

  4. Step 4

Move through that row letter by letter. Yes selects the letter.

  5. Step 5

Letters build words, words build sentences. The sentence is spoken, shown, and saved.

Sarah’s Rule

The bedside board is free forever. No account, no trial clock, no paywall between a patient and their first sentence. Nobody should be left in silence because of a paywall.
